Dubai Municipality required video content to play behind the Director General’s keynote speech at the 2019 World Government Summit around the topic of urban planning. We created a dynamic and complex piece of animation, combining elements of 3D, 2D, still images, and video.
The video played on the 25-meter-wide screen and helped the Director-General to deliver a powerful and inspiring speech to the gathered VIP guests, government officials, and international delegates.
