How do you communicate responsibility, care, and standards to a workforce made up of thousands of individuals, from different backgrounds, cultures, and languages?
Working alongside NaF, We Are Alive transformed a complex onboarding framework into a clear and accessible animated film.

Designing for a diverse workforce
The film needed to resonate with a wide audience, across roles, backgrounds, and cultures.
We developed an illustrative style with a broad range of characters, creating a visual language that feels inclusive, approachable, and easy to understand, while aligning closely with NEOM’s brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Clarity through visual storytelling
The script was refined and structured to support clear pacing, breaking down responsibilities into simple, digestible moments.
Visuals were used to reinforce key ideas, helping the audience quickly understand processes and expectations.
Built for multiple languages
The film was produced in six languages, ensuring consistency of message across all audiences.
Voiceover was recorded with native speakers across regions, while design and pacing were carefully considered to work seamlessly across translations, without losing clarity or intent.

The result is a clear and accessible onboarding film that enables Worker Welfare Representatives to confidently understand and apply their responsibilities.
Built to work across languages and cultures, the film helps ensure a consistent standard of communication, supporting NEOM’s commitment to care, respect, and worker wellbeing.
