We created a film to explain NEOM’s Real Estate Configurator, an AI-powered internal solution designed to simplify the process of creating and exploring apartment layouts within the complex architectural environment of The Line.
The challenge was turning a highly technical system into something clear and easy to understand, while giving the film a visual language that felt connected to the scale and ambition of the wider development.
Working with actors in a green screen studio, we used a moving camera to create a more dynamic, cinematic experience. The live-action performances were then integrated into fully realised 3D environments, allowing us to place the characters directly within the world they were describing.
Throughout the film, 3D motion graphics helped visualise the technology at work, breaking down complex processes and showing how different configurations could be explored quickly and intuitively.
The result combined live action, 3D environments and motion design to make a complex digital tool feel simple, tangible and easy to understand.
